Objective Alpha operates this website and is responsible for processing. You can reach us at hello@alphagenesi.com.
2) What we collect
Contact form (you provide): your name, email, and message.
Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (GA4) events via Google Consent Mode v2 to understand traffic and improve the site. No analytics cookies load until you consent in the banner.
3) Why we use data (legal bases)
Reply to your enquiry: to read/respond to your message (legitimate interests).
Analytics: to measure site use (consent; you can refuse and still use the site).
4) Who gets the data (processors)
Hosting/CDN: Cloudflare.
Email/form delivery: Microsoft.
Analytics: Google LLC (GA4).
5) International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g., United States). We rely on their published safeguards (e.g., EU–US Data Privacy Framework or SCCs).
6) Cookies & Consent Mode (Cookie Policy)
On first visit we ask for consent for analytics.
If you reject, GA4 analytics cookies won’t be set.
You can change/withdraw your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
Typical GA cookies (if you consent): _ga, ga*. Retention in GA4 is set to 2 to 14 months depending on a number of factors.
